Shahram Sharafi


Shahram Sharafi is a Certified Public Accountant, working and living in Bethesda, Maryland. He always liked to draw buildings and paint watercolor. In 2000 his wife, Pari, persuaded him to take watercolor classes with watercolor artist, Firouzeh Sadeghi, the founder of the Washington Metropolitan Artists’ Society.

Shahram has about 100 paintings, mainly cityscape and buildings. He has exhibited in some local exhibitions including Barnes and Noble Book Store in Bethesda, Brookside Gardens, and some local restaurants.

He has some of his paintings in private collections in US and other countries. Some of his paintings are exhibited on the Washington Metropolitan Artists’ website, WWW.wmartists.com. He has also given some of his paintings to charitable auctions.
